Entering through the main arched doors, the stairwell has a central fountain and basin around which the stairs climb to the main and rooftop floors.  The staircase has been designed so that this basin could form the equipment well for a lift to be installed to reach each of the floors.

To the left glazed doors open into a large and well lit room.  This has full width glazed south facing concertina doors to the upper pool terrace which overlooks the pool and with views to the mountains and the Apokoronas plain.

This room was designed to be used to host small conferences and workshops and has a 4 speaker hifi setup; is equipped with a specially painted wall screen and a ceiling mounted facility to connect a beamer; and floor sockets positioned for delegates tables.

Up stairs from the entrance stairwell is another characterful apartment, comprising a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and full height freezer and oven/hob.  Next door is a bedroom with access to a north facing patio nestling in the heart of the gardens.  There is an ensuite shower room between the two rooms which can be accessed from both.  The apartment, being partly below ground level, is both cool in the heat of the summer, and mild during even the coldest winter nights.

The final door from the stairwell leads to a generous single vehicle garage with remote controlled overhead door, and additional storage space on a raised platform to one side.
