Rooftop Apartment

On the upper floor of the villa is a self contained apartment.  This has terraces facing east, west and south and comprises two ensuite bedrooms and kitchenette.  There are magnificent panoramic views in all directions, to the south through large concertina doors.  You can laze in bed with uninterrupted views as far as Mt Psiloritis, the highest point on the island! 

Both rooms have ensuite barrier free shower rooms with rainhead shower and separate access to the terrace. To the west the double bedroom opens via wide concertina doors onto a south facing patio.  It has a built-in wardrobe, wall mounted TV and DVD player.  The living room/second bedroom, on the east side, has another built in cupboard, large widescreen 3D wall mounted TV, and an elegant modern wood burning somba which can be swivelled.  Currently this room is furnished with a double sofa bed.

In between these rooms is a well equipped small kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge.  It opens onto a charming little west facing terrace where you can escape the sun in the morning or watch it set in the evening!
